Our mission is to provide not only unique shoes, but also the best possible service. This also includes a simple and fast return procedure.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the possibility to return it within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

 

Which products can be returned or exchanged?

→ All products (except the personalized ones)

 

What can you exchange it for?

→ For another size or another product for the same value.

 

When can the products be returned or exchanged?

→ Within 14 days of receiving the package.

 

How do I arrange an exchange or return?

→ You simply contact us by e-mail and you will receive the address for the return. The products need to arrive new and with no damage, without any signs of wearing in the original packaging.

 

Is shipping for returns and exchanges free?

→ In the case of a return or an exchange, the customer bears the costs of shipping to our warehouse in Croatia.

IMPORTANT
Each pair of Lovidovi shoes is handmade specially for each customer after an order is made. If the shoes are too small or too big, we will be happy to exchange them for the appropriate size. However, if you are unsure about the size, feel free to contact us for consultations before placing an order. As we are a small business and our products are handmade, please note that unfortunately we cannot make a third pair or authorize a return (after an exchange).

 

To return or exchange the products properly, please follow the next few steps:

1. Contact us by e-mail and enter your order number and the reason in the subject line (example: "Exchange DE-1234" / "Return DE-1234")

2. You will receive the address of our warehouse for the return.

3. Send all products back to us in their original packaging and undamaged.


    How long does it take to get the new product or the money back?

     

    → It takes approximately 3-4 weeks to get the new product (if you chose to change the size). 

     

    → After we have received the product, you will be refunded the amount paid within 14 days (in the case of a return). 

     

    → If you decide on a gift card instead, you will receive it by e-mail within 24 hours.


    When does the return period begin?

    The return period at LOVIDOVI begins after all the items in your order have arrived. If your order is complete, you have 14 days to  exchange or return the goods. So please wait until your order has arrived completely.

     

    COMPLAINT

    We stand behind the quality of our products. If a defect occurs that is not due to normal wear and tear (or misuse), your shoes (or other products) will be repaired or completely replaced as soon as possible. The deadline for lodging a complaint is 6 months after receipt of the goods.

    Defective products received, what now?

    Your order arrived damaged? Please send us an e-mail to support@lovidovi.de. Include your order number as the subject, attach a photo of the damage and briefly explain the defect or deficiency. We will contact you as soon as possible with suggestions for solutions.

     

    SHIPPING

    For deliveries to EU countries we charge a shipping fee between 6 and 15 EUR. Shipping is done with our logistics partner DPD and as soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number.

    • Standard delivery time is approx. 3-4 weeks.
    • Delivery time for products in pre-sale is approx. 4-6 weeks..
