Order received faulty, what now?
Your order arrived damaged? Please send us an e-mail to support@lovidovi.de. Include your order number as the subject, attach a photo of the damage and briefly explain the defect or deficiency. We will contact you as soon as possible with suggestions for solutions.
Is the shipping free of charge?
For all orders over 250 EUR shipping is free of charge.
For other orders to EU countries we charge a shipping fee from 6 to 20 EUR. Shipping is done with our logistics partner DPD and as soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number.
- Standard delivery time is approx. 20-25 working days.
Do I have to pay import duties?
No - if the shipping address is in the EU.
