SUBMITTING A CONSUMER COMPLAINT

 

In compliance with article 10 paragraphs 1 to 7 of the Consumer Protection Act (No. 19/22) we inform consumers that they can express their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service by filing in a complaint in written form (with your order number included), whereby we will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing without delay. You can send the complaint by mail or preferably e-mail:

We will respond to the consumer's written complaint in writing within 15 days of receiving the complaint, so please provide us with your contact address for the delivery of the response to your complaint.
