Handcrafted.
The production process of a pair of shoes consists of 250 steps, each of which plays an important role in both the appearance and the comfort of the shoe. The steps are grouped into 5 key phases:
ORDER
Once you have placed an order, a work order is created to initiate the production process. The work order serves as a recipe for manufacturing your shoes and contains all the information about the model, size, type of leather, and personalized details.
CUTTING
In the second step of the process, we select the highest quality leather pieces for your shoes. Our tailors carefully inspect the leather and cut the upper material and lining.
SEWING
After cutting, the sewing process follows, in which all individual parts are carefully stitched together, creating the upper part of the shoe.
ASSEMBLY
During the assembly process, the shape of the shoe is formed by placing it on the last. The finished upper part is then connected to the sole, resulting in the final product.
PACKAGING
Before the shoes are packed, each pair must undergo a quality control check, after which it is ready for delivery to the customer.
